Terms & Conditions
1.About these terms
These Terms & Conditions describe the general rules that apply when you visit the Timeless Decor Ideas website, submit a project inquiry, request a consultation, or engage us for home renovation, installation, or related services. Timeless Decor Ideas ("we", "us", or "our") works with homeowners in the United States and may also connect clients with independent providers for certain home-related services. Your individual project may be subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, work order, or other documentation. Where a project-specific agreement contains terms that differ from these general website terms, the project-specific agreement will govern the applicable project matter.
2.Website information
The information presented on this website is intended to provide a general overview of our services and help visitors decide whether to begin a conversation with us. Service descriptions, photographs, examples, availability information, project illustrations, and other website material may change over time. Website content should not be treated as a final project specification, guaranteed price, construction plan, professional inspection, legal opinion, insurance policy, mortgage commitment, or warranty unless a separate written document expressly provides otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate information, but website content may occasionally contain omissions, outdated details, or technical inaccuracies.
3.Consultations and project planning
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not by itself create a contract for renovation work. During a consultation, we may discuss your goals, property conditions, preferred materials, approximate timing, potential approaches, and other project considerations. Any preliminary recommendations are based on the information available at that stage. Further measurements, site observations, product selections, permit requirements, or discovery of concealed conditions may affect the eventual scope, cost, or schedule. A project becomes subject to confirmed obligations only when the applicable written documentation has been accepted by the relevant parties.
4.Project scope and changes
The scope of a renovation project is determined by the written proposal, agreement, drawings, specifications, selections, and other documents incorporated into the project. Items that are not included in the agreed scope should not be assumed to be part of the work. Homeowners may request changes to layouts, finishes, fixtures, materials, quantities, or other aspects of the project. A requested change may affect the price, labor requirements, delivery schedule, or completion date. When appropriate, changes will be documented before additional work is undertaken. Work required because of concealed conditions may also require a written adjustment to the original scope.
5.Property conditions and homeowner responsibilities
Homeowners are responsible for providing information that could reasonably affect planning or performance of the work. This may include known water damage, structural concerns, previous modifications, electrical or plumbing issues, hazardous materials, access restrictions, property rules, or other relevant conditions. We rely on information provided by the homeowner when preparing plans and estimates. Clients should also remove fragile or valuable belongings from active work areas and provide reasonable access during agreed working hours. Household members, visitors, and pets should remain away from restricted areas whenever construction activity makes those areas unsafe.
6.Materials, selections and availability
Materials, fixtures, appliances, finishes, and other products may be selected by the homeowner or recommended during project planning. Product availability can change because of manufacturer decisions, supplier shortages, discontinued items, shipping interruptions, or other circumstances. If a selected item becomes unavailable, we may discuss an alternative with you before making a material substitution. Differences in product price, installation requirements, delivery timing, or availability may affect the project. Client-requested changes to an approved selection may also result in additional costs or schedule adjustments.
7.Scheduling and project coordination
Project schedules are developed using the expected sequence of work, material lead times, site readiness, inspections, deliveries, subcontractor coordination, and other known requirements. Renovation work can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, supplier delays, permit or inspection timing, concealed property conditions, utility issues, or changes requested during the project. When a significant scheduling change becomes known, we will communicate the situation and work toward a revised schedule. Estimated completion dates are planning targets unless a project agreement expressly states otherwise.
8.Payments and project administration
Payment amounts, deposits, milestone schedules, invoicing procedures, and final balances are established in the applicable project documentation. Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed schedule. If an account becomes overdue, project activities may be delayed where permitted under the applicable agreement. Questions about an invoice should be raised promptly so the relevant work, materials, credits, or adjustments can be reviewed. Project-related administrative requirements, including approvals and client selections, may also need to be completed on time to prevent avoidable scheduling interruptions.
9.Workmanship and warranties
Where Timeless Decor Ideas provides a workmanship warranty, its duration, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures will be described in the applicable written warranty or project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for appliances, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and other products are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. Warranty coverage generally does not extend to ordinary wear, improper use, lack of reasonable maintenance, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or alterations performed by others, subject to the specific terms applicable to the project. A warranty does not automatically cover unrelated property conditions or defects that were not caused by the covered workmanship.
10.Safety and work areas
Renovation activities may involve construction tools, temporary openings, dust, debris, electrical systems, plumbing, ladders, machinery, and other hazards. Work areas may therefore need to remain restricted during certain stages of a project. Clients agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and avoid entering areas identified as unsafe or under active construction. If a property contains conditions requiring specialized inspection, remediation, engineering, or other professional attention, those matters may need to be addressed before related renovation work can continue.
11.Independent partners and providers
Some homeowners may be introduced to independent providers for services such as home warranties, insurance, mortgage services, real estate assistance, financing, specialty work, or other related needs. These providers operate independently and may have their own eligibility requirements, contracts, pricing, privacy policies, warranties, and service obligations. Introducing or referring you to a provider does not make Timeless Decor Ideas a party to your separate agreement with that provider. You should review the provider's terms carefully before accepting any third-party service.
12.Cancellations and project interruptions
If you need to cancel, postpone, or temporarily pause a project, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible. The consequences of a cancellation or interruption may depend on the stage of the project, materials purchased or ordered, labor already performed, scheduling commitments, and the terms of your signed agreement. Any applicable refund, credit, cancellation cost, or outstanding balance will be determined according to the relevant project documentation and applicable law. We encourage early communication so that reasonable options can be discussed before commitments are made to suppliers or project personnel.
13.Website use and intellectual property
You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to disrupt website operations, gain unauthorized access to systems, introduce harmful code, submit fraudulent information, or use the website for purposes unrelated to legitimate personal or business inquiries. Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, layouts, and other original content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Unless permission is provided, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially reuse protected content from the website.
14.Communications
When you submit your contact information to request information or services, we may use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry, coordinate consultations, discuss project matters, or communicate about an active service relationship. Optional promotional communications are separate from necessary project communications. Where applicable, you can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the instructions included in those communications. Keeping your contact information current helps us communicate important project information efficiently.
15.Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Timeless Decor Ideas is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary website interruptions, third-party services, supplier disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Project-specific rights, remedies, warranties, and obligations remain subject to the applicable written agreement and governing law.
16.Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, website functionality, operating practices, or applicable requirements. The revised version may be posted on this website with a new update date. For an existing project, the signed project agreement and other applicable written project documents will continue to govern the specific commitments agreed between the parties, unless those documents expressly provide for another arrangement.
